The College Park Aviation Museum, an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, is adjacent to College Park Airport: the oldest, continuously operated airport in the US. The airport began operations more than 100 years ago when, in 1909, Wilbur Wright used the air field to train the first military pilots.

Adjacent to the airport is the now defunct "94th Aero Squadron" restaurant. The interior was perhaps best known for its WW I era decor. The exterior has since been given a "bombed out" appearance.

Both venues offer opportunities to use High Dynamic Range (HDR) photographic techniques as captured in these images.
